Your display and support of the fair were very impressive. You spent considerable time covering the comparison of Koehler to other brands. After selling us on your product you referred us to a dealer in our area. After spending several months trying to get a bid and not getting return calls I became discussed and called you back to see if you could give us any help. Needless to say you returned my call promptly and set up a home visitation within a few days. I was very impressed with your presentation and proposed installation ideas compared to the other dealer which resulted to the sale and a prompt installation.

The real reason I wanted to write you was to commend you on the gentlemen you sent to install the unit. I have had a new roof, windows, driveway and a patio installed but I have never had the caliber of workers you sent. When I saw three guys get out of the truck I thought here we go again. One to work and two to watch. One went over the layout with me as the other two were unloading the truck with supplies and away they went. All three did their own thing and all knew what to do. No standing around...just working. All were neat, polite and if I had a question each explained things to me in a mannerly way. They left me as well as my wife with a great impression of Koby Electric and we would gladly recommend your firm to anyone.
